QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are actively seeking a highly qualified Global Sales Manager to join our team at our Manisa manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a robust blend of technical and leadership skills alongside a proven track record in sales and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in driving our sales operations, particularly in international markets, and in reinforcing our brand's market position.

 

Key Qualifications:

 - Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

- Professional Experience: Minimum 15 years in Sales and Operations, including at least 5 years in a managerial role. Prior experience in technical sectors such as Agricultural Machinery, Automotive, Iron Steel, Metal, etc., is highly desirable.

- Export Operations: Demonstrable proficiency in managing export operations.

- Communication and Leadership: Exceptional communication skills coupled with strong leadership capabilities. Must be adept at teamwork and managerial responsibilities.

- Analytical Abilities: Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in analysis and reporting.

- Continuous Improvement Mindset: A strong orientation towards continuous improvement in all professional endeavors.

- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English. Additional language proficiency in French, German, Spanish, Russian, or Chinese is advantageous.

- Technical Skills: Competency in MS Office applications. Experience in utilizing and configuring CRM and ERP systems, preferably IFS.

- Travel and Mobility: No restrictions on travel.

- Driving License: Must possess a Class B driver's license and have the ability to drive actively.

- Additional Requirement for Male Candidates: Completion of military service.

  

Job Responsibilities: 

- Sales Operations Management: Ensure all sales operations align with company policies and strategies, with a strong focus on international markets.

- Market Positioning: Enhance and solidify the current market position of our brand.

- Strategic Planning: Develop medium and long-term sales strategies, target setting, and market share growth. Acquire new customers.

- Market Awareness: Stay abreast of sector developments and report these to management.

- Trade Fair Involvement: Actively participate in trade fairs, managing customer relations pre and post-event.

- Budget and Profitability Targets: Ensure the sales department meets annual budget-based volume and profitability targets.

- Operational Oversight: Oversee production, dispatch, and collection processes post-order receipt.

- Customer Satisfaction and Complaints: Monitor customer satisfaction, handle complaints, and conclude complaint processes effectively.

- Export Payments and Costing: Supervise export payments and cost calculations.

- Travel Reporting: Prepare and submit travel reports to the management.

- Team leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets, fostering their development and growth.
