QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales Director  

Location: Antalya, Turkey

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, including buyers and sellers of real estate, understanding their needs and preferences, providing relevant information, and supporting them through the sales process.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to make informed decisions on pricing, marketing strategies, and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and online strategies to attract potential buyers and increase property visibility.
  • Conduct negotiations and presentations of real estate properties.
  • Prepare and execute sales contracts.
  • Organize property showings.
  • Maintain and update the client and partner database.


Qualifications:

  • Experience as a sales director, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate or construction.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.


Skills:

  • Ability to manage a team.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Proven ability to manage the sales process from planning to closing.
  • Ability to clearly articulate the unique aspects of products and services.
  • Ability to position products against competitors.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.


Languages:

  • English, Turkish (Russian is a plus)
